Very entertaining January 6, 2009 A little dissapointed at first. The ad said the toy was new but when I got the package, the box was dirty as if something was spilled on it and it had been cut open on the front of the package. The toy worked great and is a lot of fun and my son loves it!
Cute speakers. December 18, 2008 Bumble Bee is cute and this is a good way for kids who do not want to use headphones to hear their MP3 players. It is definitely a conversation piece.
Cute! December 14, 2008 I purchased this item actually last xmas for a friend because her favorite character from the movie is Bumble-Bee. Mind you this friend is almost 40 and thoroughly ENJOYED seeing Bumble Bee dance to the music and move around.
The only downside was that the USB cord that comes with him is REALLLLLLY SHORT and kind of hard to attach to a port and still be able to have him move around freely. Other than that - she loved it!
Real looking! July 2, 2008 I was looking for a larger Transformer toy and I was looking at the Cyber-stompin Bumblebee but that one didn't look like the movie. I like my stuff to be real-looking so surfing around I found this guy! He looks great in person. He is a great toy. As a boombox its OK. The sound is low and his whirring is very loud but, after all it is a toy. He is so cute though! He can kind of pose him and he dances like a kid; to his own beat not in time with the music. The first song I had him play was Mr. Roboto by Styx, which I thought was appropriate. :) The guide book manual that comes in the box explains the finer details like start/stop, volume (etc) so I won't go into that. Overall I really like him as a toy, not as much for a stereo. (PS his head tilting sounds exactly like a car's turn signal light) His wings do pop off easilly, but overall he's a good quality. When his off there are no lights what so ever which is a little boring, and on, without music even he dances and plays random clips of stored memory. I am very happy with my new buddy! In the pics he looks a little faded, but in real life he is beautiful sunshine yellow and a mix of dark and light silver. Get this for a toy or stereo and you will be pleased! (needs 4AA batteries)
Movie toy quickly forgot about June 9, 2008 My sun loved the toy because he just saw the movie. He connected it to his radio and he also had it record a song. He played with it a lot at first but now just sits on the shelf. The wings on the back that are translucent and look like the glow came off and will not stay on (snap on)
